Refund & Replacement Policy

At our store, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully selected to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty (for example: broken chain or missing stones), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation. Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Item
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the item received. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived and the tracking information has not updated for 30 days, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewelry products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Processing
